Where do you want to go?

Join a well-established business team, where the core focus is maintaining the strong relationships with approximately 30 Broadacre customers across Mid North and Yorke Peninsula in South Australia.

As a Territory Business Manager, you will be comfortable working in an autonomous position, and being the main point of contact for sales between our distribution partners and end users of Bayer Crop Science products. You will focus on achieving an annually agreed sales budget, ensuring there is an appropriate product mix between Crop Protection, Seed Growth, Seeds and Traits.

Do something that moves you

  • Develop, maintain, and promote Bayer Crop Science products to increase demand and strategically achieve targets and market share growth
  • Actively segment and analyse the territory to drive optimum return on time and resource investment
  • Maintain an appropriate level of technical knowledge, to enable you to confidently translate technical product information into commercial benefits for customers
  • Organise and establish appropriate field activities to promote products through demonstration plots, trials, grower field days and grower meetings
  • Continually build effective relationships to optimise customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Forecast stock allocation, control, and distribution timelines for customers within the territory
  • Accurately produce sales forecasting, monthly sales reports and updates to wider team and management

Does this sound like you?

  • Agriculture sales experience with a proven track record
  • A genuine interest in Broadacre 
  • Willingness to travel 60% of your working week to meet customers on a rotating basis
  • Demonstrated accuracy in report writing and daily management of CRM
