Imaxeon Radiology ANZ is a subsidiary of Bayer. We offer a complete solution to optimise efficiency in CT, MRI, Angiography and Nuclear Medicine for today and tomorrow’s imaging environment.

We are patient and customer focused with specialist modality support and industry leading service coverage and we have partnerships with public and private health sector providers within ANZ.

In this role you will promote the Bayer Radiology product portfolio of devices, contrast media and Digital and informatics solutions to customers in public and private radiology.

You will grow and maintain the business, undertaking customer relationship management, management of capital sales and contrast media processes in public and private healthcare sectors.

Develop and present new business models and customer orientated portfolio solutions that enhance efficiency and position Bayer Radiology as a solutions provider. Alongside providing ongoing application support that enables the adoption of Bayer’s solutions:

  • Direct promotion and sales of Bayer Radiology portfolio products to achieve annual sales budgets
  • Analyse territory for business opportunities and execute marketing plans
  • Develop and build strong customer relationships at KOL facilities
  • Present and represent the company at trade shows, customer events and user group meetings
  • Provide application support at clinical demonstrations and post purchase workflow solutions support
  • Demonstrate products and provide training or application assistance where necessary to achieve optimal customer satisfaction
  • Provide comprehensive and timely market feedback to the company
  • Maintain use of CRM and digital marketing tools and daily
  • Conform to expense budgets and submit expense reports on a timely basis
  • Comply with all regulatory, compliance, post market surveillance and operational process guidelines
  • Act as the face of the organisation to customers
  • Manage complex multi-stakeholder opportunities with long sales cycles
  • Deliver revenue budget and grow the business through comprehensive account management and key customer management strategies

Does this sound like you?

To be successful in the role:

  • Degree qualified in Scientific/Medical field
  • Proven experience in radiology or healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of radiology, informatics and digital solutions will be highly regarded
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • High level presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with, influence and educate a range of clinical stakeholders
  • High level of motivation and ability to deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse customer base
  • The ability to meet objectives while operating autonomously
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and focus on contributing to wider organisational outcomes
  • The ability to work flexibly with competing priorities and deadlines and maintain strong internal relationships to support business activities
  •  Hold a full drivers license
