Make an impact and be part of the Marketing team to drive and support on the development and execution of the marketing strategy and plans of Bayer’s important priority Consumer Health Portfolio (Berocca)
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Innovation in Sydney, you’ll have the opportunity work on the well-known brand, Berocca playing within Australia’s number one Consumer Health sub-segment – Energy. A heritage brand in market for over 50 years, Berocca is renowned for leading the effervescent category, and with energy being the number 1 health concern for Australians, increasing the opportunity to further drive the brand in a growing competitive landscape.
Do something that moves you.
- Support the development and execution of brand strategy of assigned portfolio in conjunction with
- Support the development of consumer & shopper insights using market research and the Bayer Marketing Excellence principles
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans
- Execute the key Jobs To Be Done, stakeholder management (Trade Marketing, Sales and Media teams) to deliver towards aligned goals, plans and ambition
- Be responsible for monitoring campaign performance and measuring campaign success to determine ROI
- Complete and comply with all Corporate Compliance Regulations as per Bayer LIFE principles
- Drive NPD pipeline to deliver future growth
- Develop collaborative working relationships between marketing, sales, category, regulatory affairs, medical marketing and supply chain to deliver strategic priorities and operational excellence
- Build and develop collaborative relationships with internal and external customers to deliver strategic priorities and drive operational excellence
Does this sound like you?
- Degree Qualified (or equivalent). Preferably major in Commerce, Business Studies or Marketing
- Demonstrated success at creating, contributing to and delivering marketing plans and marketing strategy (including new product development);
- Demonstrated ability to create and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders that deliver results and enable positive conflict resolution;
- Previous experience as a Brand Manager
- Developing project management and planning skills with ability to work autonomously when required
- Demonstrates great presentation, communication, collaboration and consultation skills.
