THE OPPORTUNITY
Our team is growing! This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity within our finance team which will see you supporting the Accounts Payable team by handling important administrative tasks related to finances and supplier accounts.
Administration Assistant
In this role, you will support the team by handling important administrative tasks related to supplier accounts and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Supplier Account Coordination: Help maintain supplier records, ensure accurate documentation, and assist in processing invoices.
- Issue Resolution: Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to help resolve any account or documentation discrepancies.
- Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain organized and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Office Coordination: Assist with scheduling, meetings, and other administrative tasks to support the team’s efficiency.
