THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people leader to take our Myaree Store to the next level. You’ll have the opportunity to uplift the team & foster an environment where teamwork and collaboration thrive, whilst being a champion of our brand and upholding our core values.

YOUR DAY-DAY

Working closely with the Area Manager and Store Support team, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Driving commercial success of your store.
  • Uplifting and maintaining store standards and compliance.
  • Recruiting and developing a team of exceptional individuals, offering growth opportunities, training, and performance feedback.
  • Practice a safety-first culture for both staff and customers, ensuring all OH&S standards are met and exceeded.

ABOUT YOU

  • You’re currently a Store Manager, preferably within a larger format retailer.
  • You’re a people person, who loves leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • You have a natural way with people and have great interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • You’re able to adapt your communication and leadership style to the different people.
  • You’re an empath, who is able to put themselves in customers and team members ‘shoes’.
  • You understand reporting, checklists, compliance, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
