THE OPPORTUNITY
There has never been a more exciting time join the Marketing team at Baby Bunting! You’ve probably heard that before in other job adverts, however we’re not just talkin’ the talk but we’re walkin’ the walk.
We're looking for an Art Director to join Baby Bunting as we reimagine our brand. This newly established role will lead our visual direction, transforming our brand vision into impactful storytelling that connects with modern parents.

Like what you hear so far? here’s what’s ahead of you:
Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll be at the developing concepts and innovative campaigns across all channels, working closely with our copywriter and social media team to develop campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience.
You'll take the lead on photo shoots and be responsible for the visual execution of our campaigns, ensuring every element aligns with our refreshed brand identity and tone of voice. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.
If you’ve gotten this far, then you’re up for the challenge. I’m not going to give you the usual laundry list of requirements, however this stuff is pretty much essential:
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Highly Collaborative with the ability to work seamlessly with copywriters and social media teams
- Experience in leading photo shoots
- Passion for redefining brand identity and customer experience
- Drive to push creative boundaries while meeting business objectives
It would be nice, but not essential if you also come with this stuff:
- Agency experience
- Adobe Suite, animation and editing skills advantageous
