Looking for a role where you can roll up your sleeves, stay active, and be part of a fun, fast-paced team? We're on the hunt for a passionate, self-motivated go-getter to be our Storeroom Assistant.

Your role:

As our go-to back-of-house superstar, you’ll make sure everything flows like clockwork — from the storeroom to the shop floor. Here's a sneak peek into your day:

  • Keep stock levels sharp and accurate, making sure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
  • Unpack, label, and organize deliveries like a pro (think of it as adult Tetris with retail goods).
  • Own the inwards and outwards goods register and keep our inventory humming along.
  • Support our awesome customers with pickup orders and friendly service.
  • Champion safety-first practices — we’ve got your back, and you’ve got ours.
  • Keep both the storeroom and sales floor looking top-notch.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 2–3 years of storeroom or retail experience (you’ve been there, done that, and loved it).
  • Customer service experience? Even better — you know how to make people smile.
  • Confidence using equipment like pallet jacks, WAVes, and trolleys — you’re a machine master.
  • Comfortable working solo or as part of the team — you get things done either way.
  • Tech-savvy with inventory and POS systems.
  • Physically fit and ready to move — you can lift up to 15kg and stay on your feet all day.
  • Great communicator with a team-first mindset.
