Baby Bunting is growing, and we’re looking for a Data Scientist to help us level up our Supply Chain analytics! 📊✨ This newly created role is your chance to shape the future of data-driven decision-making across our business. 

As a key player in the team, you’ll report to the Senior Data Scientist and take charge of building models, analyzing stock movement, and developing world-class data products. While the role is primarily focused on supply chain, you will also provide insights and expertise to a variety of high-level stakeholders within the business. 

What You'll Do: 

🔍 Exploratory Analysis 

• Solve business challenges through EDA and Machine Learning. 
• Build stakeholder relationships to create scalable data solutions. 
• Spot opportunities within the existing supply chain network to improve efficiency and make lasting changes. 
• 📦 Data Products 
• Build predictive and optimisation models for actionable insights. 
• Integrate various data sources for a single clear Supply Chain view. 
• Develop and embed products to enhance decision-making.  

🔧 Full Stack Support 

• Flex your broad data skills when necessary, supporting your peers in building ETL pipelines, data integrations, and solving urgent ad-hoc business queries. 

💡 What we’re looking for: 

• Proficient in SQL & Python 🔧 
• Machine Learning Deployment: Experience developing on cloud platforms (Databricks or similar). 🚀 
• BI Tools:  Some experience in BI tools like ThoughtSpot a plus. ⚙️📈 
• Curiosity: Always digging for insights. 🔍 
• Communication: Clear, persuasive data stories. 💬✨ 
• Self-Starter: Prioritise and deliver independently. ✔️
