Customer Service - Car Seat Specialist

• Baby Bunting is growing with our 76^th store opening in Belmont! We are seeking rising stars to build our team as a Customer Service & Car Seat Installer
• Exciting dual role - No day will be the same!
• Part Time roster working Monday, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Your new role:

• We’re seeking an experienced pair of hands for this amazing gig. In this role, you'll:
• Expertly guide parents through our range of car seat models, vehicles, regulations and industry guidelines (we’ll provide training) to find the perfect fit for their needs
• Take parents through product features of car seats and other baby products by demonstrating how they work
• Build and maintain a genuine bond with every parent you help
• Stay up to date with the latest and safest technology by coordinating training with our suppliers
• You will be flexible to move from car seat installations to assisting in the retail store as required.
• Work a roster 3 days per week – Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays.
• The new store is due to open mid-December, but successful candidates will be required for training from early November.

What you'll bring to the role:

You'll…

• Understand the needs of expectant and new parents on their path through parenthood
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ideally have a background in customer service, be practical and can make the complex simple.
• Have a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• This role is quite physical, you will need to be able to climb in and out of cars, maneuver car seats, the dexterity to secure car seat clips, and lift up to 15kg.
