Baby Bunting is growing with our 76th store opening in Belmont! We are seeking rising stars to build our team as Storeroom Assistants.

 Permanent Part-Time Rosters:

 Roster 1:

  • Tuesday – 9am - 5.30pm
  • Wednesday - 9am - 5.30pm
  • Thursday - 9am – 2pm
  • Friday - 9am - 5.30pm
  • Saturday - 9am - 5.00pm

 Roster 2:

  • Monday – 9am - 5.30pm
  • Thursday – 12pm -5.30pm
  • Sunday– 11am-5pm

Your new role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated self-starter to manage our back of house warehouse. In this role, you'll:

  • Ensure accuracy of stock integrity records and an efficient flow of merchandise from the storeroom to the sales floor
  • Unpack, label, and organize merchandise in an efficient and orderly manner
  • Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy of items and quantities
  • Commit to a safety-first culture, both for staff and customers by ensuring all OH&S standards are upheld
  • Use of Inwards/Outwards Goods Register for all inbound/outbound stock movement
  • ·Provide friendly customer service, and support customers with pickups of their purchased items.
  • Be responsible for maintaining store floor and stockroom standards
  • The new store is due to open mid-December, but successful candidates will be required for training from early November.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Have a great deal of retail storeroom experience (2-3 years)
  • Customer service orientation and work experience is highly desirable
  • Various use of machinery such as Pallet Jack, Walkie Stacker, WAVe, trolley
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, squat, bend, and lift up to 15kg by yourself and 45kg with the help of another team member
