Your Role

The Junior Test Analyst is a key member of the Project Delivery team, the Junior Test Analyst will be responsible for executing comprehensive testing activities to ensure that project solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.

Reporting to the IT Application Development Manager, the Junior Test Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Analysts (BAs), and Project Managers (PMs), to carry out detailed test plans and contribute to the successful implementation of projects within scope, timeframe, and budget.

About You

To be successful as a Junior Test Analyst, you should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyze the results. Ultimately, the Junior Test Analyst should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.

Your key duties will involve the testing and implementation of program adjustments, database updates, and new modules as requested by vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a robust grasp of software and test design, the ability to conduct thorough tests, and sharp analytical skills. We're looking for someone who is driven by results, outstanding communication skills, and has up-to-date expertise in software programming and test design.
