Your Role
The People and Culture Coordinator is a vital part of our team, helping to support the business by managing HR administration and assisting our small and close knit team. In this role, you'll make a meaningful impact by ensuring our people are set up for success from day one and continue to receive support throughout their journey with AMB. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll be involved in a variety of activities, including but not limited to:
- Supporting the recruitment and selection process
- Assisting with the induction and onboarding of new employees
- Support the annual performance appraisal process
- Produce employee related correspondence
- Support the preparation of monthly P&C Report and any other reporting requirements
- Complete other generalist and administrative tasks
No one day is the same and this varied and very busy role will fully utilise your superior administrative and organisational skills whilst gaining exposure to broader aspects of Human Resources.
About You
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate the below key attributes and experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a People & Culture function
- Knowledge and understanding People & Culture best practice
- Hands on experience working with a RMS and LMS systems
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and research skills with an attention to detail in reports, HR documents
- Strong consulting, negotiation, influencing and facilitation skills
