Digital Sales Agent

Digital Sales Agents are directly responsible for proactively contributing to the growth of Australian Military Bank’s Digital Sales Channel through needs-based member contact, timely and professional guidance, exceptional service delivery, and ongoing relationship management.

Digital Sales Agents undertake the funding of Consumer Lending (e.g. credit cards, car loans, personal loans, and debt consolidation loans) and Mortgage Lending (e.g. home, investment, and construction loans). 

Your major responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

Sales Results:

• Significantly contribute to achievement of Digital Sales budgets and targets, either through digital sales or by identification of cross sell opportunities.
• The primary focus being growing the lending and deposit portfolio.

Service Results:

• Build, maintain and retain relationships with members/prospective members by establishing rapport, proactively identifying their needs across the full product and services range and offering and delivering suitable solutions.
• Undertake prompt follow up on digital applications taken, phone calls and service requests.
• Adhere to current policy, procedures and legal requirements. 

Technical Skills

• Understanding of credit products, application process and assessment
• Knowledge of Australian Military Bank’s products, processes and systems
• Verbal, numerical, literacy skills
• Computer skills (including email, internet, Microsoft applications, Excel essential)
• Well-developed lending skills, experience with a DLAA desirable
• Experience working in a centralised lending environment with digital products, processes and systems

Education & Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Financial Services (Mandatory)
• Lending accreditation

Work Experience

• Sound lending experience (2 years minimum) in a banking environment
• Experience in all aspects of the loan process from submission of applications through to post settlement
