About the Role

As Billing Manager, you will be responsible to deliver robust and reliable end-to-end billing management for Aurora Energy and its customers. You will be responsible for managing efficient and reliable billing operations and ensure the delivery of accurate and timely billing to enhance the customer experience and reduce revenue risk across all of Aurora Energy's products and services.

About You

You will be a strong people leader with a focus on customer experience and continuous improvement. You’ll have demonstrated business and financial acumen to manage resources and KPI success. You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience dealing with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have the ability to analyse and track progress, draw insights from data and seek feedback to generate efficiencies and new ways of working.

You’ll have operational experience of billing systems and processes. An understanding of the energy industry is desired.
