About the Role

As our Leadership Training Developer, you will liaise with stakeholders from all business units and related third parties to develop and refine online learning within the Organisational Development team.

You’ll gather content required and propose an outline of the design that engages end-users via online learning, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to build online learning modules in Aurora’s learning management system.

About You

You’ll be curious and motivated with the ability to translate complete information into engaging, impactful content. You’ll effectively build rapport and maintain strong relationships with your stakeholders that will allow you to effectively manage expectations with a positive solutions-focused approach.

It is a bonus if you have experience in organisational development, training development or learning management system.
