RTO Administration Officer
Australian Trade Training College Ltd has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2006. We deliver a variety of courses ranging from Certificate I level to Diplomas under Apprenticeship/Traineeship arrangements, VETiS (Vocational Education and Training in Schools), Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G) and Fee for Service. Due to growth and expansion we are seeking an energetic, articulate and experienced RTO Administration Officer to join our Administration team full-time. About the role:
As an RTO Administration Officer you will be supporting Head of Departments and Trainers to manage and support student administration throughout all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to completion. This includes (but not limited to) processing of enrolments, resulting assessments, issuing training notices and processing completions and certificate issuance.
You will attend to phone/email enquiries and respond appropriately within the given time frames. You will apply a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when processing all data and show initiative to work to ensure quality outcomes. This is a role full of variety and no given day will be the same.

Highly Desirable:
- Proven RTO administration experience
- Experience with Government funding
- Student Management System experience
