Your day-to-day responsibilities will range from managing online requests and resolving client inquiries to coordinating service schedules, ensuring every aspect of our customer service runs smoothly and efficiently. As the first point of contact for our wholesale clients, technicians, and dispatch teams, you'll play a crucial role in delivering swift and effective solutions, consistently delighting our coffee lovers. You'll be part of a supportive and close-knit team that thrives on collaboration and camaraderie, even during the busiest times. Additionally, you'll dive into the coffee industry, engage in thrilling events, and forge meaningful connections with our valued clients while proudly representing our premium coffee brands.

About you:

You are a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills. You thrive in environments where you can juggle multiple tasks while following processes and procedures to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your strong communication skills make you comfortable dealing with clients and handling day-to-day inquiries, whether by phone or email. A background in customer service is essential, and any experience in administration or as a barista will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you're a team player who enjoys helping others and is eager to contribute to a positive, collaborative environment. Your passion for coffee and commitment to delivering outstanding service make you the perfect fit for our team.
