About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will empower individuals who are exploring self-employment, as well as existing local business owners and operators looking for business advisory assistance to ensure their continued commercial success. Responsible for the successful delivery of our Self-Employment Assistance program activities for your region, you will operate within an outcome-driven environment, further contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the national program.
You will have the opportunity to evolve your client base, while working with a diverse range of businesses and contributing to the economic growth of the local community. Your commitment to understanding the unique needs of your client group, combined with a deep understanding of local industry dynamics and the challenges faced by small businesses, will be key drivers of success.
Requirements:
- Experience within Employment Services industry is highly regarded but not essential
- Proven experience as a business owner, entrepreneur or similar will set you up for success in this role
- Relevant experience in business development or sales will be highly valued
- Proven experience working successfully within target driven environments is critical
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in business development, entrepreneurship, or small business management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively and inspire confidence in your clients.
