The Opportunity

The Asuria Marketing team provides critical branding, campaign, event and social media services to support Asuria's human services programs and Asuria's Joint Venture partners. The Marketing Coordinator provides administrative support to the wider Marketing team and is responsible for overseeing and managing the effective and efficient delivery of all Joint Venture marketing services.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Lead the management and coordination of Joint Venture partners, ensuring alignment on marketing initiatives and strategies in accordance with service agreements.
  • Manage the ordering, administration, and distribution of marketing and business support collateral.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, including logistics and promotional materials.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Marketing team on various projects and initiatives.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including answering calls, responding to support tickets, managing orders, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Marketing SLA customers on joint projects and other marketing-related tasks.

What sets you apart from the rest? 

  • IT and multimedia skills including working experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2 years of Digital marketing skills and general administration experience is highly desirable.
  • Related Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential. (Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications, Business, Commerce etc)
  • CMS experience highly valued – especially for Dynamics 365, HubSpot and WordPress CMS
  • Experience with CRM software and systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Adobe InDesign and Photoshop experience is valued
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Understanding of how to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
