We have an exciting opportunity for Claims Administrator (Disability Employment Services) who will be responsible for efficiently and compliantly checking, processing and claiming all Wage Subsidy Agreements and Payments and Employment/Participation Fund drawdowns.
About the Role
The Claims Administrator is responsible for processing claims accurately, providing high quality support, education, and guidance on claims compliance governance to the DES team. To be a successful Asurian Claims Administrator, you will have an understanding of the DES grant agreement and contractual guidelines. You must have strong verbal and communication skills, the ability to critically think as well as excellent attention to detail. It would be preferable if you had experience with working with policy wordings and preferred exposure to the quality, compliance, and claims divisions. It would be an advantage if you had experience with DES contracts.

Eligibility Criteria
- Understanding of the Disability Employment Services Deed and Guidelines
- Proven experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing and/or recruitment delivery
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Certificate IV in Employment Services; preferred but not essential
