About the Role

As a Youth Mentor, you will proactively engage with job seekers, guiding them towards sustainable employment. Your role involves motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills to help individuals thrive in the job market.

To succeed in this role, you need a blend of empathy, strong customer service, and administrative skills as well as a sales mindset. Previous experience in exceptional customer service and administration, coupled with sound computer literacy, will be advantageous.
