Opportunity

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the end-to-end accounts payable function; to maintain accurate and efficient reconciliations for all vendors, invoice processing, bank reconciliations and support the team on month end / GL close.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Process Vendors invoices into the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) & Xero system & arranging weekly batch EFT payment
  • Manage Accounts Payable central email box & clearing all the actioned items on daily basis for one of the entities
  • Manage staff expense reimbursement & corporate cards processing on weekly basis 
  • Process & arrange job seeker reimbursement batch payment after matching with respective POs into the system 
  • Assist GL Accounting team in the month end close & AP reports

What Sets You Apart? 

  • 5 + years in a similar role
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance 
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge 
  • Xero/ Dynamic 365 Business central would be preferable
  • Advance /intermediate excel skills
