The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for Employer Engagement Manager - Transition to Work (TtW) who is responsible to manage employees and resources to deliver an employer service throughout the South East Melbourne and Peninsula region (Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Frankston, Rosebud and Pakenham).

Employer Engagement Manager – Transition to Work (TtW) plays a critical role, with responsibility for the leadership, management, coordination of the Employer Service across multiple sites within agreed regions. The incumbent is required to have exceptional communication skills, conflict management and resolution and an ability to manage a demanding schedule whilst also providing leadership and direction to Employment Consultants and other direct reports, as required.

Employer Engagement Manager – Transition to Work (TtW will also be responsible for managing complex employer partnerships assisting the team deliver on the employer servicing strategy along with meeting individual KPIs.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Work with the National Operations Manager and Executive Director Employer Services to develop and implement the strategic plan of the Employer Services Team
  • Develop and implement the local Employer Services Team business plan
  • Manage the people & culture functions of the team including, recruitment, onboarding, training and coaching, as well as performance management
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the Employer Engagement Consultants including setting and achieving KPIs
  • Develop and implement a process to measure performance and promote continuous improvement

  • Proven experience in managing employer partnerships
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years Employment Services industry experience
  • Proven track record in leading and coaching high performing sales teams
