About the Role:

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role is responsible for supporting student engagement and pre-assessment processes for various Asuria Training Programs.

The role is focused on outbound calls to students for pre-assessment and support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining student records and assisting with onboarding processes within a target driven environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure students receive timely and relevant support during pre-assessment processes.

This is a permanent part time position Mon-Fri, 30.4 hours per week. Flexibility to work 5 days part time hours or 4 full days.

Requirements:

  • Employment Services or similar industry experience will be highly regarded
  • Customer service, contact centre, sales, retail or administration experience is advantageous and will set you up for success in this role
  • Certificate level or above in Business Administration and/or Employment Services is beneficial, but not essential
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to successfully engage with all stakeholder groups, especially students

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
