We have an exciting opportunity for Team Leader to support the Regional Manager in managing staff and resources to successfully deliver Employment Services across North North Western Tasmania Employment Region in Workforce Australia Services program.

About the Role

The Team Leader plays a critical role, with responsibility for the leadership, management, coordination of the Workforce Australia Services contract across multiple sites within an Employment Region. They ensure that the Company’s operational and financial objectives are achieved.

The incumbent is required to have exceptional communication skills, conflict management and resolution and an ability to manage a demanding schedule whilst also providing leadership and direction to Mentors and other direct reports, as required.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in operational management
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years Employment Services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and flexibility with people
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • A competitive drive for performance
