Our Ecommerce team are on a mission to find an experienced, innovative and data driven Search & Affiliate Specialist to drive online growth for ASICS Australia. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for the delivering effective traffic across multiple platforms and channels with the aim to increase customer acquisition, sales, and conversion.
Your impact will be measured by the effectiveness of traffic, digital campaigns, and conversion rates and ROAS across our eCommerce websites.
So, what goes in to making that happen?
- Planning, development, and execution of the online customer acquisition strategy
- Forecasting and working within allocated paid media budgets across media and agencies
- Optimisation of all customer acquisition channels including on-site conversion campaigns
- Grow our affiliate marketing programs and referral marketing
- Manage our SEM program working alongside our Search Marketing agency
- Plan, brief and setup tactical promotions and offers
- Work with Ecomm Platform teams (Content and Merchandising) as well as other internal departments including Digital Marketing to ensure alignment of marketing activations and comms align with brand and go-to-market plans
- Coordinate with the broader Digital Marketing team, global and local agencies to generate effective integrated marketing campaigns
- Conduct reporting activity across all campaigns and KPIs with a focus on measuring the effectiveness of traffic, digital campaigns, conversion rates and ROAS across our sites.
- Translating data into actionable insights to drive continuous enhancements to improve customer experience
- Lead our internal team across internal site analytics tools (GA4 and Looker Studio), creating and supporting the build of dashboard and reporting analysis
- Support our internal search program across all organic (SEO), liaising with global teams
- Assist merchandise teams to build, test and validate strategies within the CRO program

That’s enough about us! Here’s what we’d like to see from you:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an online acquisition or related performance marketing field (e.g., Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation)
- Experience analysing marketing campaigns and traffic patterns, measuring these against business objectives
- High proficiency with BI and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Tableau
- Previous experience working with Ecommerce teams and trading platforms (SFCC, SFMC preferred)
- Extensive experience in customer journey analytics and data-driven marketing, in addition to customer segmentation, audience profiling, and targeting
- Experience with multivariate testing to improve KPIs such as conversion optimisation
- Experience leading and cross-functional projects with internal teams
- Experience building and executing successful Ecommerce plans that are creative and data driven, relevant, and tailored to online audiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven success in managing stakeholders and collaborating with internal teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Superior time management skills, with a proven record in delivering results in an agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to get creative and think outside the box
- Intermediate – Advanced MS Office skill set
