Your opportunity:
Aruma is currently seeking an AHPRA-Registered Psychologist to work in a trans-disciplinary team of professionals, committed to person and family-centered practice, and provide best practice and evidence-based intervention to children and adults with developmental delay and disability. As a registered Psychologist, your role will involve building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with individuals, families, and stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes related to your discipline.

What you need to be successful in this role…
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology.
- Current AHPRA full registration.
- Experience working with children, young people, and adults with disabilities or developmental delays.
- Developing skills in conducting a range of professional assessments and utilising evidence-based practices to develop, plan, implement, and evaluate services.
- Growing capability to manage your own workload and seek support when needed.
- Knowledge and experience in applying person- and family-centered principles within the context of NDIS.
- Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
- Empathetic and compassionate.
- Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
- Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check.
