Summerland Farm is a business of Aruma. It is a major tourism attraction in Northern NSW, with a restaurant and functions centre, macadamia and avocado farm, fruit packing and dehusking facilities, located in Alstonville.
The Customer Liaison Officer will support the Horticulture Manager in achieving business objectives through the efficient service delivery and customer management of the fruit packing and macadamia dehusking facilities. They will ensure quality and maintain stakeholder relationships that sustain and enhance business opportunity and reputation.

- Customer base expansion occurred through product development opportunities and promotions.
- A high standard of customer service delivery was provided, and positive customer relationships maintained as evidenced by excellent customer feedback.
- New business opportunities were created and implemented from researched industry trends and a demonstrated valued presence within the community.
- Led quality assurance programs and audits that achieved compliance requirements.
- Team relationships with the broader Summerland Farm team facilitated cooperation and collaboration, reflecting our values and producing effective team results.

About You:
- Tertiary qualifications, in Customer Service, Tourism or relevant industry
- Demonstrated experience in customer engagement roles
- Proven ability in the provision of ensuring a high-level of customer service.
- Ability to lead and work effectively as a team member to achieve business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and positively engage with a range of people including customers, staff, team leaders, suppliers, to ensure a positive customer experience and business outcome.
- Proven ability in presenting monthly reporting on key performance indicators to the Manager.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise and delegate task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to create community links to promote brand and business opportunities.
- Sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety legislation and food safety requirements.
- Ability to develop sound knowledge of Industry Standards and quality assurance programs.
- Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
Desirable
- High levels of computer literacy including Microsoft office and Pack Manager.
- Understanding of the Disability Service sector.
