About the Role:

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities. You’ll provide personalized care, foster independence, and contribute to an inclusive society. Flexibility is essential as shifts occur on both weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals in various settings (home, community, Aruma hubs, respite houses).
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Encourage skill development, community participation, and personal growth.
  • Assist with daily living, personal care, and mobility.
  • Provide person-centred support to foster independence and meet individual goals.
  • Advocate for individuals' rights and needs.
  • Ensure a safe environment.
