About the Role
Working within a Shared Living environment, you will manage a team of Disability Support Workers and support people with disabilities, to enable access to a quality life with dignity, respect and social inclusion. This is a full-time, temporary role.
We’re looking for people who have values similar to ours, BRAVE people, but there’s no specific ‘mould’ you need to fit (after all, we need a team that’s as diverse as our Customers!).

Skills, Experience & Certificates:
- Recognised experience and knowledge in the field of disability with high level competencies in areas of complex behaviour management or high/complex medical needs
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Knowledge of complex conditions that impact on disability and the capacity to remain up to date with related developments
- An Advanced Diploma Disability Work or Community Sector Management or Bachelor of Applied Science (Disability) or equivalent
- Current Full Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Have a Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID0011) or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
- Be willing to provide an NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) Clearance
- Experience in personal care and happy for this to be part of your job
- The capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job that may include manual handling tasks
