The role
Our New Zealand business is currently growing through a rapid period of growth and as a result, we are looking to bring on our first Talent Acquistion Specialist there to support this.
Our people are our most important asset. Simply put without our consultants there is no consultancy; we take great care of our teams, and they in turn take great care of our customers. It’s this cycle that drives our success. Our People and Culture team is pivotal in being our people's first point of contact. Often, the People and Culture consultant introduces the consultant to the brand they support and belong to.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role has two arms:
- Talent Acquisition - Focused on identifying Consultants across our practices and developing the ongoing pipelining of talent within the business
- People Operations - Guiding the team, building culture and being focused on providing excellent customer service to stakeholders, consultants and other team members
Please note this is a part-time two days per week role based in Auckland.
Our ideal person will have
- An extensive background in technical recruitment roles. Either internally or with an agency
- A deep network of connections in Auckland and other major cities
- The ability to work at pace and not be afraid to seek out information
- Empathy and strong relationship-building skills to ensure we are supporting our Leaders and Consultants the best we can
- Advanced communication skills. Allowing you to confidently bring data-backed information to resource meetings or presenting to the business at our Monthly Musters
- Knows the recruitment systems toolset in and out (with knowledge of Employment Hero being beneficial)
Please note
- We are an equal opportunity employer and we welcome all applications. Particularly those from underrepresented groups
- At this stage, we are only able to consider candidates with unrestricted local working rights
