Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a candidate with strong multitasking skills, who thrives on prioritizing and handling multiple responsibilities. If you have a background in managing rosters, customer service, enjoy working in a team, and are confident with systems, this role could be a perfect fit.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Assist with day-to-day rostering processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate and fill shifts using our electronic rostering system.
  • Engage with employees to resolve rostering queries.
  • Support Residential Aged Care sites with roster management.
  • Multitask in a dynamic environment with frequent changes.
  • Be a key support in the rostering process, making a real difference in the lives of our aged care employees and residents.

What do you need to bring?

  • Experience in rostering or scheduling (preferred).
  • Strong customer service and phone skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficiency with electronic systems and databases.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
