About the role?

As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing our team of dedicated professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Practice Leadership: Overseeing clinical supervision, staff development, case management, and team performance.
  • Quality Service Provision: Driving evidence-based practice, ensuring child-centered and trauma-informed care, and building strong community partnerships.
  • Data and Reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.


What can you expect to be doing?

  • Provide clinical supervision and develop comprehensive professional development plans for team members.
  • Conduct regular case reviews to ensure effective intervention and risk management strategies are in place.
  • Allocate caseloads and monitor staff performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and support staff in assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and cultural safety within the team.
  • Monitor team performance against key performance indicators and contribute to broader organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client outcomes.
  • Drive the implementation of evidence-based practices and promote a culture of reflective practice.

What do you need to bring?

  • High-level case management experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Clinical supervision expertise
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Social work or equivalent qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of trauma-informed care
  • Passion for working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
