Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a dedicated Learning and Development Partner who excels in fostering leadership growth and capability. The successful candidate will be skilled at delivering impactful training, whether through webinars or in-person sessions, to leaders and teams across all levels. Key to success in this role is the ability to multitask, effectively communicate, and work collaboratively with the team.

What can you expect to be doing?

This role offers an exciting opportunity to become a Leadership Learning Enabler, driving the implementation of leadership development and support solutions across AnglicareSA. You will play a key role in a cross-functional People squad, focused on the design, integration, and delivery of leadership programs that enhance capability in alignment with our framework. If you have a track record in delivering impactful People initiative programs and managing projects across the People and Culture/HR lifecycle, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Contributing to the design, development, and implementation of leadership development programs that build critical leadership capabilities in line with our framework.
  • Collaborating across the People & Culture team to deliver high-quality leadership initiatives with a consistent design approach, ensuring they are leader and stakeholder-focused.
  • Supporting a modern, blended approach to leadership development, offering diverse learning opportunities to meet capability uplift objectives.
  • Developing and coordinating comprehensive training solutions, including face-to-face, blended, and eLearning options.
  • Planning and managing an annual learning calendar to ensure all employees receive timely and relevant training.
  • Sourcing and reviewing external training providers as needed, and updating learning content for continuous improvement.
  • Consulting with stakeholders to identify training needs and align learning initiatives with performance management goals.
  • Promoting a customer-centric approach across the organisation, fostering an inclusive and engaging culture.
  • Building strong partnerships with Managers and stakeholders to advise on effective learning solutions.
  • Leading a culture of continuous learning.

What do you need to bring?

  • Tertiary qualification in education, training, leadership or management.
  • Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs.
  • Familiarity with E-Learning systems.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on building leadership capability..
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Effective facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse employee groups
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
