Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Program Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, respond to internal and external enquiries, facilitate projects and events, and undertake various administrative functions.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Assist with the planning, preparation, bookings and delivery of community events
  • Assist with identifying and establishing new and innovative activities, events, and projects
  • Develop and distribute promotional materials relevant to the sector
  • Record and report on all data requirements
  • Process all financial invoicing 

What do you need to bring?

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Understanding and sensitivity to the varied circumstance and needs of children and families
  •  A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to community engagement

Qualifications / Special Conditions

  • Certificate in Office/ Business Administration, or Community Services (desirable)
  • National Police Check / Working With Children Check / Safe Environments for Children & Young People Certificate / Provide First Aid / Driver’s licence
