Who are we looking for?

Join our vibrant, multi-disciplinary Allied Health team! We are looking for passionate and caring health professionals for numerous positions within our Residential and Community Aged Care portfolios. Whether you thrive in clinic-based environments or prefer working in the community, we have opportunities to match your preferences!

These roles are perfect for creative, flexible, and innovative clinicians with exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships with customers, families, and other professionals. What can you expect to be doing?

  • Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy services that are focused on customer needs and goals and improving activities of daily living.
  • Use a holistic approach to enable older people to engage in meaningful and reablement-focused tasks.
  • Establish rapport with customers and their families, carers and other health professionals to maximise customer outcomes.

What do you need to bring?

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
  • A sound knowledge of the ageing process, the principles of self-management and the promotion of positive ageing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Driver’s licence and roadworthy vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel across multiple sites and regions.
