Who are we looking for?

Are you a self-driven Recruitment professional eager to make a meaningful impact in the community? Join us on a 12-month maternity leave contract at AnglicareSA, supporting our Residential Aged Care portfolio. 

You’ll be adept at conveying complex information clearly and effectively, thanks to your strong verbal and written communication abilities, and producing professional documents that reflect our values.

You have a strong track record in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment with your exceptional interpersonal skills, connecting with individuals at all levels of the organisation.

Anticipating the needs of your clients and taking initiative to address challenges before they arise, you’ll have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You enjoy supporting and guiding stakeholders through the recruitment process with empathy and understanding, ensuring they feel confident and capable in their roles.

You’re comfortable working independently and efficiently while also contributing positively to the team, and resilient in the face of changing priorities and recruitment challenges.

What can you expect to be doing?

We're a centralised recruitment function, delivering the end-to-end recruitment process in partnership with our leaders. We're about meeting our stakeholders’ needs, delivering timely and quality outcomes so that we have the right people in the right roles to deliver on our strategic objectives.

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will champion our mission to make a difference in the community, ensuring we attract compassionate and dedicated individuals who share our values.

You will play a pivotal role in building a team that drives positive change, making every hire a step towards a brighter future for those we serve.

  • Partner with business leaders to enhance our recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our mission.
  • Advise on recruitment activities, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage pre-employment screenings, including Police Checks, Medicals, and VISA verifications, ensuring all new hires meet necessary criteria.
  • Educate on best practices, focusing on aligning hires with our organisational values and customer-first principles.
  • Lead the job advertising process across various sourcing channels, crafting compelling job postings to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Support and participate in interviews, providing guidance and feedback to Stakeholders and ensuring a fair and effective selection process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

What do you need to bring?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience in a similar recruitment role.
  • Proven experience in supporting and guiding the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Knowledge of best practice recruitment and relevant legislation.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels.
  • Experience with online recruitment tools and various sourcing channels.
  • Experience using LiveHire/Humanforce ATS highly regarded.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach, with effective time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
