Are you a tech whiz with a passion for helping others?

Join our dynamic Technology & Information team as an Integration Analyst and make a lasting impact by ensuring our business has the data and tools needed to drive informed decisions and streamline processes.

Your knowledge of Data warehousing concepts, data analysis, and data transformation will be crucial, and you'll be experienced in developing SQL queries, ETL processes, and integrating applications across various technical platforms.

You'll be adept at gathering and evaluating complex business requirements and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

You'll be confident in using tools like SSIS, DBT, Snowflake and PowerBI and have a proven ability to map data elements from source to target and maintain accurate technical documentation.

What can you expect to be doing?

You'll be at the forefront of developing and supporting system integrations, creating custom reports, and enhancing our data warehouse.

  • Migrate legacy ETL processes to our new Snowflake data warehouse.
  • Extract and transform new data sources into a Snowflake data warehouse for timely and accurate business analysis.
  • Ensure custom reports meet business needs and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary.
  • Contribute to data warehouse design and build employee confidence in using reporting tools.
  • Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for ongoing solution maintenance.
  • Support and develop system integrations to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvement and conduct root cause analysis.

What do you need to bring?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing SQL queries, ETL processes, data warehouse design and using tools like SSIS, DBT, Snowflake and PowerBI.
  • Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts, data analysis, data transformation, conceptual data modelling, metadata management. 
  • Proven ability to gather and evaluate complex business requirements and knowledge of information system development, testing principles, and project methodology.
