Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a friendly and professional Service Support Officer to support our Community Aged Care Leadership team. Your enthusiasm, energy and communication skills will assist you to provide effective and efficient support for our program.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Attend to enquiries and respond appropriately to staff/external stakeholders
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of customer, financial and statistical reports  
  • Support leadership team projects
  • Calendar management
  • Minute taking in leadership meetings
  • Accessing multiple databases using a range of software’s
  • Ad hoc administration duties
  • Working with confidential and private business matters

What do you need to bring?

  • A track record in providing high standard administrative support
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • A can-do focused approach
  • Proven attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to be proactive and utilise initiative.
  • A dedicated team player who is adaptive to change
