As the People Partner at AnglicareSA, you'll play a crucial role in supporting leaders and employees within our community-focused organisation. Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced People Partner to develop and integrate HR solutions and initiatives that cultivate a positive culture and enhance organisational effectiveness.

You will have experience across various operational HR areas with demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements. More importantly, you excel in building and maintaining positive relationships with a strong customer service focus, aligning with our values, and acting as a trusted partner capable of influencing and coaching leaders effectively.

This role goes beyond HR process implementation; it entails fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and empowerment. You'll serve as a trusted partner, actively engaging with your portfolio, understanding their needs, and providing guidance. By cultivating strong relationships and instilling confidence among our leaders, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's success.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Promote HR best practices, partnering with portfolio leaders to deliver people solutions.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Partner with portfolio leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned to their strategic priorities.
  • Work in consultation with management on interpreting and providing advice on our Enterprise Agreements and any employee relations matters.
  • Resolve ER concerns, performance issues and complete minor workplace investigations.
  • Act as the interface between People & Culture and portfolio operations, fostering effective relationships through the provision of best practice HR management and consultancy services.

What do you need to bring?

  • HR Generalist experience with the ability to work across all aspects of HR functions ranging from routine administrative and operational to strategic elements. 
  • Experience in the resolution of complex people issues.
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability in translating HR policy and legislation and provide high level HR advice.
  • Strong business acumen and writing skills with the ability to work in a high pressure environment and manage competing priorities.
