Who are we looking for?
You know your way around IT support. Maybe you’ve worked in high-pressure environments, supported demanding systems, or kept critical apps running behind the scenes. You’re good at what you do—but lately, you’ve been wondering if there’s a better balance out there. One where you still get to use your skills, solve problems, and be part of a team… without burning the candle at both ends.
This could be that role.
We’re AnglicareSA, and we’re looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our Technology & Information team. You’ll play a key part in keeping our internal systems running smoothly so our frontline staff can focus on what they do best - supporting the South Australian community.
You'll be a key resource supporting our TechOne ERP, supporting day to day operations and Business Improvement. We offer an environment that is hard to find: a supportive, values-driven culture, real flexibility, and work that actually means something.
What can you expect to be doing?
What makes this role different?
- Impact without the burnout: Your work directly supports people who are making a real difference every day. You’ll see the impact—without the long hours or corporate grind.
- Flex your schedule: Work from home, adjust your hours, and build a routine that fits your life.
- Stay sharp (but not stressed): We’re always rolling out new systems and tech improvements. You’ll keep learning and growing—but with a pace that respects your time.
- Good people, great values: We’re a collaborative team that actually cares. You’ll work with kind, capable colleagues who want you to succeed.
What do you need to bring?
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have 2+ years’ experience in IT support and can confidently troubleshoot across systems and platforms.
- Know your way around ERP systems like TechnologyOne.
- Communicate clearly, listen well, and know that great customer service means solving problems with empathy.
- Are curious and open to learning—but don’t need the all-hours demands of a startup or the grind of a multi service provider.
- Enjoy being part of a team, sharing your knowledge, and helping others succeed.
