Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our Cable Services team in Moranbah. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and high-quality standards of our electrical cables, serving mining and industrial clients across Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coaching your team to deliver high-quality results, meeting customer expectations and deadlines
• Coordinating workflows and ensuring materials are available to keep production on track
• Promoting a proactive and positive team culture, ensuring compliance with WHS standards, and driving continuous improvement
• Developing team competencies through training and mentoring
• Managing risk, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For from You?

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Proven leadership experience in supervising an industrial or mining services workshop
• Strong ability to motivate, guide, and coordinate teams for optimal productivity
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships
• A proactive and adaptable approach to meeting deadlines and handling operational changes
• Knowledge of HV/MV mining and industrial cables (highly advantageous)
• Forklift license and/or Cable Repair Signatory or Class B certification (a plus)
