Digital Training Content Designer

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

· Design & Development: Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and multimedia elements for training materials, including infographics, engaging videos, and e-learning modules.

·Content Integration: Input and organize data into our cloud-based platform, ensuring that training content is accurate, engaging, and easy to navigate.

· Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to understand training objectives and design effective materials.

· Quality Assurance: Review and revise training materials to ensure they meet high standards of quality and adhere to branding guidelines.

· Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously enhance the look and feel of our training materials.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• Education & Experience: Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in graphic design and working with training materials or educational content.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and experience with multimedia design tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Adobe After Effects, Camtasia, Synthesia or similar).
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with cloud-based platforms and content management systems is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in all design work.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Creativity: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and solutions, particularly in educational or training contexts.
