ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Process Improvement Lead will work collaboratively with our Finance and Transformation teams where you will drive high priority transformation projects that will upgrade or improve our business to reach its full potential.

Focused across a number of Finance projects you will:

  • Facilitate finance process improvements – documentation and standardising our “Way of Working”
  • Support the Finance and Transformation Teams in readiness for ERP implementation, working closely with the Finance ERP SME
  • Support the implementation of a new Payroll System
  • Facilitate development of User Friendly, Self-service BI Performance Reporting (including PowerBi)
  • Facilitate development and maintenance of standard financial modelling and analysis tools (including budget, NPV)

ABOUT YOU:

The incumbent in this role will be experienced in process improvement in a finance environment and is focused on delivering quality systems and processes to enable the finance team to provide effective financial support and guidance to operational leaders.

You will have the ability to document, process map, make recommendations and implementation process. A focus on continuous improvement and value add opportunities. You have a strong financial and technical base and a demonstrated ability to successfully manage and implement change in a finance environment.

You have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to communicate and document change and process.

**This is a 2-year fixed term contract**
