Site Supervisor

THE OPPORTUNITY

10-month Contract role located in CULCAIRN NSW.

The site supervisor will coordinate all labour and subcontractors to ensure that the construction activities are undertaken in accordance with the project schedule and all quality controls are in place and completed.

This role has primary responsibility for ensuring a positive safe work environment on site and within Ampcontrol and sub-contractor teams under supervision,

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Overseeing all aspects of specific projects in conjunction with the engineering and production teams, key activities will include:

• Day to day planning of site activities to meet schedule provided by Project Manager
• Manage all aspects of site safety
• Create SWMS and review SWMS provided by Sub-contractors
• Track attendance of all personnel on Ampcontrol Construction Site 
• Ensure all personnel have required inductions and certificates and record accordingly
• Create a daily log with photographs of site works
• Facilitate daily site tool box talk and record
• Continually inspect works for quality and report concerns
• Attend meetings with the principle contractor as required and ensure meetings have minutes.
• Site works financial cost control

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Trade qualifications qualifications highly advantageous;
• Demonstrated experience in resolving problems, including people management;
• 10+ year’s experience in Civil/Electrical Construction Industry
