Solutions and Estimation Team Leader

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Solutions and Estimation Team Lead is a dual-function role that takes the lead roles across the solutions streams, providing direct supervision, leadership and mentoring to the solutions and estimation team. In this role you will be accountable for setting goals, reporting, development and succession planning, as well as supporting strategic development of the solutions function and structure. 

You will operate as the primary contact for mining customers, responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirement, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. As the Solutions Lead, you will also ensure that the identified products support Ampcontrol’s overall strategy and goals.

YOU’LL NEED THESES TO SUCCEED:

• Electrical background with 5 years’ experience Mining, HV electrical, Power Distribution or similar fields

• Competent in the Microsoft Office applications

• Strong experience and understanding of Mining markets and customers

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)

• Knowledge of AS/NZS3800
