Internal Service Support Officer

Ampcontrol is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Internal Service Support Officer to join our team in our Paget Workshop.

This diverse and fast-paced role is perfect for someone with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Some of your responsibilities will be split between managing workshop deliverables and processing invoices through our ERP system. We also encourage candidates with a background in stores or inventory management to apply.

What you will do:

As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be required to maintain a vibrant, proactive approach in your daily tasks, which will include:

• Inspect incoming goods
• Preparing quotes for external supply enquires
• Coordinate and move incoming and outgoing repairs
• Opening and closing of jobs in the ERP system
• Assisting the stores with picking & packing items for shipment.

• Be flexible and adaptable to change
• Ability to work autonomously
• Quality and attention to detail – some orders can be for large quantities of money and/or customer critical items therefore attention to detail is essential
• Energetic and positive attitude to problem solving
• Proactive and solution-based approach
• Time management and prioritisation are essential as the need to change tasks at short notice occurs frequently and the volume of tasks can be high
• Ability to work well under pressure and be resourceful
• Experience in mine site-based contractor management systems is desirable
• Experience using ERP/MPR systems is desirable
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
