Gemini Pinkenba is one of the largest modern accident repair workshops in Queensland, with 33 staff and a team culture that includes everyone. The team supports one another and enjoys regular BBQs and nights out together, and there are great opportunities to develop your career and progress within the business. The shop is fitted out with modern equipment including pulling racks, Car-O-Liner speed benches, and a fully functional in-house mechanical workshop. The site is conveniently located 5 minutes from the M1 and 12 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive General Hand to join the team at Gemini Pinkenba.

Permanent, full-time position. Monday to Friday. 38 hours per week.

If you have a passion for automotives and want to develop your skills, then this position may be for you.

Current valid drivers licence a must. You will work within our workshop, and provide parts support (checking and receiving parts) to our workshop team. If you are an experienced parts interpreter or have knowledge in automotive parts and components and are looking for stability, then apply today and join us!

Role responsibilities

• Receive list of parts needed
• Unpack and check parts arriving on site
• Customer truck deliveries, courtesy deliveries and pickups 
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Any adhoc duties as directed by management
