About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday) based in our exciting new Townsville facility. As our Production / Workshop Manager, you'll play a key leadership role, working closely with the Centre Manager to drive workshop performance and ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality repair environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the workshop team to deliver outstanding results
• Oversee repair flow and vehicle processing from arrival to delivery
• Manage parts, paint, and consumables efficiently
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality repairs
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and workshop profitability
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

About You

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the collision repair industry
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
