Gemini Eagle Farm in Pinkenba (15 min. from Brisbane CBD) is a spacious shop with a modern fit-out, including pulling racks, Car-O-Liner speed benches, and an in-house mechanical workshop.

You’ll join a supportive team with a family feel, where everyone is made welcome, and the team BBQs are legendary!

 

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the team at Gemini Eagle Farm, Pinkenba.

Do you have a passion for delivering quality customer service? Our Customer Service Officer's support our wider workshop team and provide a high level of service to our customer base.

Permanent position. Monday to Friday. 38 hours per week.

Role responsibilities

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Greeting customers on arrival.
  • Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

  • Proven experience within a Customer Service position
  • Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
  •  Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
